Use Import Knowledge Base from the vendor portal to pull your latest panel docs, then add manual LibCyberAI-only articles where needed.
Escalated conversations can be taken over directly in LibCyberAI. Human agents can reply, resume AI, or close the conversation without Telegram.
Owners and managers can invite agents into the portal so multiple teammates can manage escalations and customer chat together.
